Warm Feta Artichoke Dip
This warm and gooey Feta Artichoke Dip is a delightful appetizer that combines the tanginess of feta cheese with the savory flavors of artichoke hearts and Parmesan cheese. Perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped green onions, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper
Mix well
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly
Serve warm with your favorite crackers, bread, or vegetables for dipping
