Paleo Sriracha Marmalade Glazed Salmon
Glazed with a sweet and spicy sriracha marmalade sauce, succulent salmon fillets are the star of this Paleo-friendly recipe. This dish is flavorful and simple, making it a great choice for a nutritious dinner.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Paleo-friendly sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a small bowl, mix together sriracha sauce, orange marmalade, coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper
Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the glaze evenly over each fillet
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving
