Instant Pot Pork Chops with Dijon Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions:
Add salt and pepper to the pork chops
Put the Instant Pot on Saute and heat the olive oil
Grill pork chops for two to three minutes on each side until they turn brown
Take the pork chops out and set them aside
Add chicken broth to the Instant Pot and scrape up any browned bits
On top of that, add butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and dried thyme
Put the pork chops back into the Instant Pot and make sure the sauce covers them
Turn the Instant Pot on to Manual mode and set the timer for 8 minutes at high pressure
Do a quick pressure release after the cooking is done
Take out the pork chops and set them aside to rest
No need to: Set the Instant Pot to Saute and let it cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce
Put Dijon butter sauce on top of the pork chops before serving
