Baked Mahi Mahi with Citrus Glaze
This Baked Mahi Mahi with Citrus Glaze is a delightful dish that brings out the natural flavors of the fish with a tangy and sweet glaze. Perfect for a quick and healthy dinner
Ingredients:
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Put orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan
For about 5 to 7 minutes, on medium heat, cook the mixture until it gets a little thicker
Put the Mahi Mahi fillets in a baking dish and brush them with olive oil
Make sure the fillets are evenly covered as you pour the citrus glaze over them
The fish should be baked in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until its fully cooked and flaky when you use a fork
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley
