Keto Hot Italian Dip
With this Keto Hot Italian Dip, you can enjoy the rich tastes of Italian sausage and cheese. Its great for parties or getting together on game day because its creamy and salty. Its also low-carb and keto-friendly, so you can eat it without feeling bad
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Cook the Italian sausage in a pan over medium-low heat until it turns brown and is fully cooked
Get rid of extra fat
Add cooked sausage, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to a bowl
Mix the ingredients together
Mix everything together well
Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure its spread out evenly
Warm the oven up and put the dip in it
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until its hot and bubbly
