Grilled Lemon Chicken Wrap
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice should all be mixed together in a small bowl to make a marinade
Evenly pound the chicken breasts, then coat both sides with the marinade
For at least 30 minutes, let it sit
Cook chicken breasts on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are done and the juices run clear
Take it off the grill and give it some time to rest
Cut chicken breasts into thin slices
Do this for 30 seconds on each side on a grill or in a pan
Toast the tortillas and put them on a clean surface
On each tortilla, put equal amounts of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced chicken, feta cheese, parsley, and yogurt or tzatziki sauce
To keep the filling inside, fold the sides of each tortilla in and then roll them up tightly
Cut each wrap in half across the middle, then serve
