Bacon Blue Cheese Avocado Burger
Ingredients:
- 4 burger patties
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of blue cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 baguette rolls
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions:
Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat
On both sides, season the burger patties with salt and pepper
Once the bacon is crispy, put the slices on paper towels to soak up the extra grease
The burger patties should be cooked for three to four minutes on each side, or until theyre done the way you like them
Add a slice of blue cheese to top of each patty and let it melt in the last minute of grilling
Take the baguette rolls and lightly toast them on the grill while the burgers are cooking
Put avocado, tomato slices, red onion slices, and lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each toasted baguette roll to make the burgers
Put a burger patty that has been cooked and blue cheese that has melted on top of the avocado
Put a piece of crispy bacon on top of every patty
Put the top half of the baguette rolls on top of the burgers to finish putting them together
